Filter holders

Description

Filter holders are intended to accommodate cartridge elements and are used for organization of liquid and gaseous media filtration process. One-cartridge and multi-cartridge filter holders are available (respectively for one or more cartridges to be installed in one casing). The choice of the filter holder depends on the volume of the feed. Filter holders are certified and allowed for use in medical and food industries.

Materials of construction

Sanitization

Stainless steel filter holders can withstand any type of sanitization and chemical treatment, including autoclaving and treatment with live steam. DP (ДП) polypropylene filter holders withstand chemical sanitization with hot water at up to 80°C or with 6% hydrogen peroxide solution.

Installation

Filter holders are installed permanently with feet on the floor, on a rigid frame, or attached with a special arm to the wall. Pipelines are connected to the filter holder with a clasp, clutch or flange joint. To enable replacement of the filter element, free space having at least the height of the filter element should be provided under (over) the end of the shell.
