EPM.PS Filter Cartridges (Liquid Filtration)
Description
EPМ.PS (ЭПМ.ПС)
cartridge membrane elements based on polyethersulfone having an absolute
filtration rating intended for use in various industries.
Filter
material
EPМ.PS
filter element incorporates a pleated hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane
having an asymmetric pore structure which makes it possible to achieve high
flow rates at minimum differential pressure in combination with high
thermochemical stability (up to 100°C for water) as well as low sorption capacity
with respect to proteins, albumens and ferments.
Pore
size: 0.20, 0.45 and 0.65 μm. Material of Constructions

Capacity
for retention of bacteria
Sterilizing
capacity of EPМ.PS-020 has been confirmed with respect to test microorganism Brevundimonas
Diminuta, stain PCI 818 (Pseudomonas Diminuta ATCC 19146, DSM 1635). The
level of microbiological load on the filter element complies with requirements
of the guideline of Association of producers of medical industry on
microbiological examination of filters for sterilization of liquids. EPМ.PS
has been checked for retention of bacteria after 10 cycles of autoclaving at
121°C in the Pharmacopoeia mode.
