Quality philosophy

Technofilter's quality philosophy is directed towards complete customer satisfaction by prompt delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.

The world experience shows that introduction of a process-based quality management system is an efficient tool for a company in achieving many goals. One of the most reliable proofs of successful implementation of the system is the certificate of conformance to international standards ISO 9000.

Since 2004 Technofilter's quality management system is being certified in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2000 and GOST P ISO 9001-2001. The certificate confirms high quality standards of the manufacturing process. This involves not only monitoring of all stages of the manufacturing process, including the possibility of tracking and documenting any operation, but also elaborate logistics and flexible management.

Since we develop our products on our own, we design and monitor all the stages of the manufacturing process, from the original idea to full-scale production.

In compliance with technical documentation describing the quality management system, the products being produced are closely supervised at all intermediate stages of the manufacturing process. All procedures required to ensure adequate quality of products and services in accordance with customers' demands are described in specific QMS documents. Accurate observance of all prescriptions and requirements of the regulatory documents ensures high quality of the products being produced.

All filter elements are washed with deionized water to remove organic and mechanical contaminants and are 100% integrity tested using the most advanced instrumentation. Membrane filter elements are tested at regular intervals for bacterial and toxicological safety.

Each filter element is identified by its individual number, lot number and the list of standard characteristics. These data are specified on the label of the product and in the product certificate and are stored in Technofilter's database.

Materials of construction of the filters were tested for biosafety, contain minimum extractables and are allowed for use in contact with intravenous solutions and food products.

Technofilter's filter elements have certificates of conformance to safety standards for polymer products used in medicine as well as certificates issued by sanitary-and-epidemiologic institutions authorizing their use in food industry.

Scientific and technical support

Each process has its own unique requirements. Our application specialists and process engineers work out each stage and make sure the operation of the stages is well coordinated and monitored. Technofilter staff will assist you in scientific aspects of filtration and will instruct you how to find the optimum combination of filters and other components of the system in accordance with specific requirements of the application.

We can carry out filterability evaluation tests to facilitate the selection and optimization of the filtration process. The tests can be carried out either in our laboratories or on site.
